Connecticut Soccer Coaches Association Annual Meeting

Date-Time: Saturday, March 3, 2012 from 8:00-9:00 A.M.

Where: Oneida/Penobscot Room, Mohegan Sun

The annual meeting will take place during the Soccer Champions Coaches' Clinic Weekend at Mohegan Sun on Sunday morning at 8 AM. Breakfast is provided and the meeting is free of charge. Participation in the clinic is not required. All csca members are encouraged to attend in order to promote the welfare of the high school game and discuss any topics of concern. The meeting is also a great way to network with other high school soccer coaches and meet the members of the Connecticut Soccer Coaches Association Executive Board.

Connecticut Soccer Coaches Association All-State Banquet

Date-Time: 3rd or 4th Sunday in January at 6:00pm

Each year the CSCA honors boys soccer players from around the state who were elected to the All-State, All-New England and All-American teams. In addition, the CSCA also recognizes various individuals and teams for their contributions over the past year and/or career. Click here for more detail about the banquet. Connecticut Soccer Coaches Association Senior Bowl Game

Date-Time: Saturday in November following Thanksgiving

Each year the CSCA selects the top 88 high school seniors in the state to participate in the annual Senior Bowl Games. Selection for this game recognizes the hard work and commitment of these senior student-athletes. College coaches are invited to attend the games allowing these players to showcase their talents to prospecting colleges and universitities. Click here to learn more about the CSCA Senior Bowl go. Connecticut Soccer Coaches Association and UConn Soccer Coaches Clinic

Date-Time: August

Each year the CSCA and the University of Connecticut Soccer Team partner in an annual half-day soccer coaches clinic for CSCA members. Head Coach Ray Reid, his players and staff cover various training and conditioning topics during the first couple of sessions followed by a rules interpretation meeting lead by State Soccer Official Art Hamm. The clinic concludes with a catered meal for CSCA members at the Joseph J. Morrone Stadium. The soccer clinic is free and open to CSCA Head and Assistant coaches. For more details go here.
