Join the Connecticut Soccer Coaches Association

Dear High School Coach,

Thanks to our recent partnership with the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA), a membership in the Connecticut Soccer Coaches Association (CSCA) has more value than ever before. On behalf of the CSCA Board of Directors, we're inviting you to join us for the 2011-12 membership year.

Your membership dollars are hard at work, creating programs that truly enhance the experience of high school soccer players in Connecticut. The following is a list of just some of the services we can offer thanks to your support:

• CSCA recognizes the best high school male student-athletes with All-State, All-New England and All-American honors.
• CSCA hosts an annual Senior Bowl game for the top 88 high school seniors in the State. Selection for this game recognizes the hard work and commitment of these senior student-athletes. It also provides a showcase for college coaches to attend.
• CSCA provides annual scholarships to several state players each year who combine athletic and academic excellence.
• The Annual CSCA All State Banquet is a gathering of "Who's Who" in Connecticut High School Soccer. In addition to the All State, All NE and All American teams, CSCA recognizes state players and teams who overcome adversity, show good sportsmanship or meet other high standards. In addition to the players recognized, CSCA takes the time to honor coaches and other contributors who've made a difference in Connecticut. Honorees attend free of charge.
• Free preseason Coaches Clinic at the University of Connecticut, including the opportunity to observe a team training session.
• CSCA is your voice at the CIAC. CSCA Board members are regularly called upon to provide input on proposed competition changes and other rules that affect the game.
• As an NSCAA member, you will also receive a $1 million liability policy, a subscription to "Soccer Journal" - published six times per year with excellent coaching support and access to the many award and discount programs for both coaches and players that NSCAA offers. NSCAA will also provide national presenters for the CT High School Coaches Association clinic in August so you'll have access to the best information available.

Please remember, only CSCA members are eligible to nominate student-athletes for All State, All New England, All American, CSCA Senior Bowl, Val Moretti Scholarship Awards and most CSCA annual banquet awards. Only NSCAA members may place student-athletes on the All New England and All American teams. Please renew today for the benefit of your players.
